Meet Me On Main! No Cars, Just Community

Main Street in Essex Junction is turning into a car-free celebration this fall! Meet Me On Main brings neighbors together for food, music, shopping, and family fun—all topped off with an outdoor movie under the stars.

Every Saturday evening from September 20 through October 11, Main Street will be closed to traffic and transformed into a community gathering place filled with local flavor and festive spirit. Events run 4–7 PM, followed by a family-friendly movie at 7 PM. Bring a chair, your friends, and your appetite—because each week offers something new!

Food Vendors
Whether you’re craving hometown favorites or something new, you’ll find it here. Vendors will rotate throughout the series, so no two weekends will be the same. Food Vendors may include:

Entertainment
From magic to music to circus fun, each evening will feature three live performances—always family-friendly, always fresh. Performers will rotate weekly, so no two weekends will be the same.

Artisans
Discover handmade goods and creative works from local makers. Artisans will rotate weekly, so each visit offers new treasures to explore.

Crafts & Kid Activities
Each week will also feature crafts and fun activities for kids—hands-on projects, games, and family-friendly fun to keep younger visitors entertained.

Movies & ’Mores on Main!
Bring a blanket and chair and cozy up under the stars for family-friendly movies and sweet treats. S’mores supplies provided!
