Co- or Assistant Afterschool Site Coordinator Position (full-time)

We are seeking a fun and dynamic co- or assistant coordinator at our 91-kid, 3rd-5th grade afterschool program at Fleming School. You will provide oversight, plan daily activities, and supervise staff. During the school day, you will serve as a mainstream teaching assistant at the school, four days a week, from 10a.m.-2p.m. From 2-6p.m., five days a week, you will serve as the co- or assistant coordinator of our Rec Kids afterschool program. Wednesdays from 10a.m.-2p.m. will be office, professional development, and collaboration time. Over the summer, you will serve as a coordinator at one of our summer day camps. This is a unique opportunity to work in a school, serve in a leadership capacity at one of our afterschool sites and summer day camps, and play an active role in providing quality out of school experiences for kids.

Note: this is a full-time, year-round job.

PAY/WAGES Co-Coordinator pay rate is between $22.06 and $23.50 based on experience. Assistant Coordinator rates are between $20.05 and $21.91.
