 The 2010 Camp Maple Street and Pool Flyer should arrive in homes this weekend or early next week. You may access the document now by clicking on the image to the left. This flyer contains all the details on Camp Maple Street, our Summer Swim Lessons, Pool Hours, and Pool Membership information. Resident registration is scheduled for Monday, February 15th. Non-residents may register on Monday, March 1. Be sure to check your calendar and register soon as these popular programs fill quickly.

The Essex Junction Recreation and Parks Department, in conjunction with the
Essex High School Red Cross Club, is proudly presenting: Essex Has Talent, a
showcase of community amateur performers, on Saturday, February 13, at 7:00p.m.
at the Essex High School auditorium. The show will feature youth, high school,
and adult community members displaying their unique talents for a good cause.
Admission to the show is $5.00, or $4.00 if you can bring a canned good to be
donated to the local food shelf, Heavenly Pantry. All monies raised from the
show will be donated to local charities, and a portion will go to the American
Red Cross Haiti relief efforts.
Essex Has Talent promises to be a fun filled family event for all ages.
Acts will include singing, dancing, gymnastics, rock bands, and much, much
more. Whether it is a kindergartener and second grade brother and sister duo
singing a tune from Mary Poppins in their pajamas, a father/daughter combination
on the guitar and vocals, a 5th grade gymnastics pair, high school Irish
dancers, or a high school band, each of the 22-acts will be entertaining for
all. This event will be hosted by Matt Brownell from Star 92.9 and will feature
special guest judges that will include Tim Kavanaugh, Jennifer Fox, Ellen Emery,
and Keri-Anne Chamberlin. Essex Has Talent is sponsored by Star 92.9 and Key
