Harlan moved to Vermont from Portland Maine; he grew up in North Burlington and moved to Essex Junction with his wife Robin in 1986 to raise their family. Prior to joining EJRP Harlan worked in the material handling field for 24 years holding several positions thru the years to include shop foreman and service manager. Harlan enjoys golfing, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and motorcycling.
